The environmentally friendly remoulded tyre
All Colway's products adhere to strict European Standards and Specifications that are now mandatory for retread tyre production. Colway tyres are produced using only premium quality equipment casings and undergo strict quality control checks to ensure complete structural integrity, whilst trading at a fraction of the price of a original equipment tyre
Apart from the safety benefits a Colway retread provides, there is another attribute that make Colway the perfect choice. As we move into an age where saving the planet and recycling is of paramount importance, it becomes essential that we all be aware of what we can individually contribute towards this goal. As the making of each Colway retread, in comparison to a newly formed tyre, saves approximately 22 litres of crude oil in its production, it becomes vividly clear how much contribution we are making in selecting a retread tyre for our conveyance.
Today, the need to be more responsible towards the environment has never been greater and, in recognition of the commitment and endeavour that Colway has achieved in producing such a product, the company was awarded the Environment Award at the recently held NTDA TAFF Industry Awards.
